Are meatballs universal?

Meatballs have got to be one of the most comforting foods. From early childhood memories of "sketty and meatballs" or however you pronounced it, most every kid liked meatballs of some kind. This chilly time of year to me just cries out for these juicy meat flavor bites in a savory sauce.

It seems like every nationality has some sort of meatball. From Moroccan kefta to Swedish meatballs in a beef gravy, to the Italian classic, meatballs are beloved world wide.

Chef Kate offers a wide variety! Check out these delectable bites:

Spaghetti and Meatballs--classic Italian

Moroccan Kefta Kebab-- bursting with fresh herbs

Turkish Meatballs in Tomato Cilantro Sauce-- a personal favorite. I love them

made with lamb but you can request beef as well.

Turkey Meatballs in Zucchini Tomato Sauce-- for a lower fat meatball

Greek Meatballs with rice in a tomato sauce

Swedish Meatballs--pork and beef in a beef gravy

Meatball Stroganoff--with sautéed mushrooms and sour cream. Delicious and just a little decadent!

Chicken Parmesan Meatballs--a brand new recipe! Meatballs crossed with chicken parmesan--swoon!

Mexican Meatball Soup

Italian Wedding Soup

Yum! I'm adding menu items all the time so who know where in the world the next meatball option will come from...
